Rosemary Lemon Chicken

Rosemary Lemon Chicken
4 large chicken breasts
3 medium lemons
3 long sprigs fresh rosemary
6 table spoons olive oil
1 red onion sliced
salt
Put chicken and olive oil into a large freezer bag. (for freezer meal I just put it into the freezer pan)
cut in half and squeeze one lemon's juice into bag
slice remaining lemons into wedges and put into bag
break up the Rosemary sprigs and put them in bag.
add in sliced red onion
Let chicken marinate for at least a few hours or up to a few days. (for freezer meal I just covered with tin foil and froze it.)
Cooking Instructions:
(If frozen thaw completely and don't worry about transferring it to a different pan, just cook it in the pan it is already in)
Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with rice or potatoes and veggies.
